Ciaran, from Dark Souls: Prepare to Die. I think, I've not played it yet.. I've only really seen one blurry magazine shot of the character.

Edit: Updated her a bit, as I've seen the character clearer now.

I never got what happened to her, was pissed off and dissapointed when she ran off with Artorias's soul and never heard from her again haha

It is suspected that she is the corpse behind Artorias' grave (the one where you find her Hornet Ring). She waited with him until she died, or (more likely, as she is probably as long-lived as the other knights) she killed herself at his graveside.

Nah, she has a cycloptic eye as part of her headgear (which I actually missed in this image, didn't know of it) though.

That is her. Yes its a her i been checking. Besides i think she is close with Artoras because she is the only one kneeling at his grave after you beat him.
